Ms Getsemane has a practical understanding of the Security Management Industry. She is self-motivated thus identified a skills-gap within the Security Industry. She also has broad management experience including Project Management. It is on those grounds that she managed to open an Institution that will equip current and future employees with Skills and on the Job practical knowledge.
Ms Patricia Getsemane has also dedicated her time in drafting meaningful dashboard KPIs for all her Divisional Line managers. This is done to make sure that all employees and front Line managers account for their dedicated departments.
